Dr Laura is the best Vet I’ve ever had - kind, patient, understanding, professional and has gone above and beyond for my reactive dog and I on several occasions. She truly cares about our furbabies. She is knowledgeable, flexible and so helpful.
The vet nurses at the clinic are friendly, approachable and the loveliest, most knowledgeable professionals who always answer my many questions and genuinely help us. They are also flexible and understanding and I won’t take my Collie anywhere else.
We have had years of wonderful care of our two dogs. We have nothing but praise for Kent. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything about the treatment given.
Took our fur baby there and I'm so happy how the Vet checked on our dog. He wasn't scared of our dog (we have a large breed dog that could look intimidating for some people 😅) when he needed his nails clipped, unlike our former Vet that was scared of our dog, literally! 😂 The Vet also explained his health thoroughly, which our former Vet didn't. Would definitely come back here again!
I am posting this review on behalf of my dog, Cruizer, and for my mom who has been taking him to the vets here. We are very grateful to both Kent and Laura, for being exceptional doctors! Thank-you for being so patient, gentle and so caring with Cruizer. Thank-you to the nurses who hold him when he gets his dressings changed. He gets so feisty when we try anything he doesn't like so I don't even know how you guys do it!! He is such a little sook and shakes uncontrollably when he is waiting in the car, but always comes out a happy boy. Thank you for being so compassionate to my mom as well, her anxiety went through the roof since Cruizers little accident but now we can all take a huge breath of relief!! We highly recommend Knox Vet as your pets family doctors ❤️🥰

Laura saw our pug Jessie on the 18/09/23. She was so thorough and competent. Amazing vet.
I would just like to thank Knox Veterinary Clinic for looking after my beautiful 13 year old Staffy-Ridgeback Bronx. Unfortunately on the 27th of May 2022, my boy was put to sleep. It was the hardest time in my life. Veterinarian Kent put him to sleep, I found him very relatable, compassionate and caring. He explained the process of putting him to sleep and the process after. He answered all my questions, and even brought out an old book that explaining the dogs anatomy and where Bronx's tumor was located. I think my boyfriend nailed it by saying, "He's a gun!"
Veterinarian Samantha conducted thorough checks on him when things started to go down hill, she was able to identify health issues immediately and act promptly to help and comfort Bronx through his illness.
Annie on reception had a naturally empathetic and beautiful way she spoke around the whole situation. Everytime I had to take Bronx to the vet, she made the extra effort to make Bronx and I feel comfortable.

I want to thank Dr Kent Marshall and the whole team at Knox Veterinary Clinic for their compassion and care in helping me to take care of Candy over the last 14 years. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to her this year and it was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. The staff at Knox were so patient, compassionate and respectful in answering all of my questions about the process of what would happen, organising her cremation etc and when the day came, even though it was still one of the hardest goodbyes I've ever had to do, I am so grateful that Candy was able to go peacefully and that I wasn't pressured into making a decision that I would regret. Every dog is different and Dr Kent has shown great knowledge and experience in treating Candy throughout the years, which is probably why she lived so long! I first came this clinic many years ago through a recommendation from a friend and have not regretted it ever since.
